As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment decisions in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026 through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including AI ethics, climate resilience tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Advise product teams on future-proofing roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing scenario models and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
