- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future workforce, sustainability, and ethical AI frameworks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against horizon-scanning objectives
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
