Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technology investments with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate future tech solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and board members effectively.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M annually.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
