Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 global innovation strategy by identifying disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 3-5 year horizons using AI-powered forecasting tools
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Intelligence team of 8-10 specialists
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and climate variables affecting long-term strategy
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic planning with proven 5+ year horizon execution track record
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, policy, and sustainability domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent methodology
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
