Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive futures
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' identifying critical inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research on 2020s technological or societal tipping points
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executive strategies
