Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and presentations for industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and shape next-gen startup investments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
