Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive board on emerging paradigm shifts
- Architect the 2026 product roadmap by synthesizing global R&D outputs with market signals
- Establish partnerships with leading futurists, academic institutions, and government labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through proprietary forecasting models
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and stakeholders at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology futures (peer-reviewed publications preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-year technological transformation
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
