Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise adoption
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles across organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a cross-functional futurist network to accelerate knowledge dissemination
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
