- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing, bio-integration, and ambient intelligence
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive market forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design resilience strategies for technological discontinuities and ethical implications
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
