- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future-focused initiatives with core business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Author compelling foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Weak Signal Analysis)
