Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for global societal shifts driven by emerging tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze data streams from 200+ global innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through interactive futurist symposiums
- Prototype experimental solutions using rapid-iteration methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technical analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics or quantum computing implications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends (2020-2030)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping projects
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
