Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends with 3-5 year forecasting horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, government, and industry
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
- Design innovation sprints for next-generation product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-year forecasting accuracy
