- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct scenario planning for technological convergence and societal impacts
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity metrics
- Collaborate with global research partners to validate trend predictions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in horizon scanning or trend analysis (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
