- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce quarterly Future Briefs synthesizing technological, social, and economic indicators
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging workforce paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investment committees
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
