Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to prepare business units for 2026 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive technology adoption
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership content on long-term technology implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Strong publication record in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
