Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech trends, market data, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce scenario-based foresight reports and risk mitigation strategies for emerging technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into actionable innovation roadmaps and pilot programs
- Represent company vision at global forums and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior strategists and build a robust ecosystem of futurist networks and industry experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps that drove measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight/Technology Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies, Cross-Impact Matrices)
