Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Lead innovation workshops to brainstorm and prototype future solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
