Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends and disruptors across technology, sociology, and economics to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI, climate resilience, and human augmentation shifts
- Develop immersive foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizations on future-ready adaptations
- Produce trend briefings and whitepapers for C-suite executives and policymakers
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic foresight at enterprise level
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly desirable
