Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor R&D teams in future-focused technology development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
