- Design strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Author white papers on future-proofing methodologies
- Identify and vet breakthrough technologies for corporate venture arm
- Present foresight frameworks at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 firms
- Published research on technological singularity or climate resilience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising UN WEF or OECD on future policy frameworks
