Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology into business ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) positioning company as future-ready
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing operations, talent, and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
