Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neurotech integration) to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical, social, and economic forecasts
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Represent the firm at Davos-style futurism symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or corporate futurism
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal tipping points
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Systems Dynamics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future strategies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech convergence vectors (quantum, bio, AI)
