Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation forecasts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future State' workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Architect predictive models for societal shifts driven by 2026 technological inflection points
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scanning reports identifying emerging disruptors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation program
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced tech R&D
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published research in exponential technologies or behavioral futures
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology strategic planning
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
