Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI pipelines and machine learning infrastructure for the 'Project 2026' roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to deploy scalable deep learning models.
- Optimize existing models for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Define technical strategy and best practices for AI development and data governance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
