Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for emerging sectors including AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with future opportunities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a 2026 thought leader
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortia to shape 2026 policy and standards
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
