Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author quarterly trend briefs published in FutureTech Journal (circulation 500K+)
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' methodology
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and TED Future Stage
- Drive patent applications for at least 3 breakthrough concepts annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier innovation consultancy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with AI forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful 2020+ predictions
- Fluency in English with additional language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
- Valid US work authorization and ability to travel 25% quarterly
