Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure aligned with our 2026 roadmap and long-term strategic goals.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models to production, ensuring high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Innovation: Demonstrated track record of implementing novel solutions in previous roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
