- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities with future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for the Global Future Council
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Represent the company at Davos-level forums on future-of-work implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technological convergence points (AGI, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
