Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions for autonomous systems and bio-integration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Lead workshops on future literacy for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technology Forecasting (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Proven track record of implementing future strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) preferred
