Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and futures methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
