Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and organizational transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into annual strategic planning cycles
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
