You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation labs, and shape the roadmap for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across industries
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal trends with global impact
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term innovation initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
