Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and market positioning
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and implement cross-functional innovation labs with industry partners
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry presentations or publications
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented at scale
