Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans (>3 year horizons)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in business, economics, technology, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging tech domains
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight preferred
