As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to develop actionable roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and market expansion initiatives across North America.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior patterns through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitor innovations and disruptor activities
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in tech trend analysis and market forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
