Your strategic blueprints will directly shape our $2B innovation portfolio and influence industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough innovations
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic ventures using predictive modeling
- Author thought leadership publications and represent company at global innovation forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leader in innovation or technology publications
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Global network of innovators and industry disruptors
