- Design predictive models for market disruption scenarios across 15+ industries
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts
- Mentor futurist talent pipeline through Horizon's incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leader in tech futures (IEEE/HBR/MIT Press preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 predictive accuracy validations
