Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of software systems targeted for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Architect highly scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for software quality and testing.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains competitive through 2026.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
