Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for market validation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development cycles
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing forecasting methodologies
- Certified in scenario planning or futures studies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across global teams
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
