- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors with compelling narrative
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy execution
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
