Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable innovations
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to prepare organizational capabilities for future disruptions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: Web3, AGI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy and organizational change
