Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-level executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly futurist reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
