Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and data-driven analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps that drove measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI-driven forecasting tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
