- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Thinking or similar (e.g., WFS, APF)
