Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term corporate vision

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across industries
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting

- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
