Your insights will directly shape our product roadmaps, investment priorities, and market expansion strategies for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 trend intelligence reports across technology, societal, and economic domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into near-term R&D priorities
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 thought leader
- Monitor emerging risks and opportunities in global technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotechnology, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Familiarity with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
