- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional task forces in prototyping future-proof solutions for enterprise clients
- Curate annual Future Forward Summit featuring global thought leaders and industry pioneers
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives using advanced scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios to stakeholders
