Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with research institutions, governments, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and space exploration

Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology leadership with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-industry initiatives to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology innovation
- Global network of innovators and research institutions
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
