Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ tech landscape, identifying emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-tech concepts and validate feasibility through rapid prototyping
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, AI, or quantum computing with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-tech products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or neuro interfaces
- Published thought leadership in futurism, AI ethics, or disruptive tech (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
