- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for high-uncertainty environments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
- Establish KPIs for tracking long-term strategic progress
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Scenario Planning preferred
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
